Horrible service. They sent me a engine with broken parts. When I called them they said you have to pay shipping on both ends or deal with it. Very unprofessional. Stay away from them. Part 2. Stop lying. Ask Fred who promised me that he will get the situation handled. I was told just to pay $250 for shipping again which I agreed. Then a lady name Elizabeth calls me saying I need to pay for both ends of shipping. I told them that is not what Fred told me. I was simply brushed off. Wants a wrong engine. U sent a broken engine. At least have a decency not to lie on your reply. Still give you 1 star. Was referred to these jaks by Blue Nelson. Shame on you MBZ parts that you tried to get $250 richer off of a broken engine you sent. You don’t even have the decency to have a manager call me after seeing my review. You 🤡 clowns. All this for you guys trying to charge me twice for pick up and drop off. Maybe if u think long enough you would figure that for being greedy u get this review. I still think they are very unprofessional and now I’m 100% convinced their Managment needs proper training. First u call and find out why client is unhappy. Show me who called and asked what’s the problem? So you can shove the $1850 somewhere where the sun don’t shine u jak off whoever u are replying back here. Before you write back you could’ve called the unhappy client and find out. I guess u guys are desperate for extra $250. Very unprofessional jak. I’ll wait for another Bogus reply
