Dropped off my car for an oil change, tire rotation, and headlight restoration. Picked up three hours later to find out they did not rotate my tires telling me “you have even wear” therefore a tire rotate wasn’t necessary. I explained the entire reason my tires are even is because I consistently (every 5k) rotate my tires. Just a blank stare was given. Very frustrating, I asked for a service and they were too lazy to do it, sad. They should reconsider whoever is managing this place.

I would give a zero star.... how do you only have one tech no cars in the stalls and only taking appointments. Never coming here again

Did you ever hear of a tire center that won't rotate your tires because of a questionable tire lug. They make specialized extraction tools for this issue. You rip off the old lug replace it with a new one. This auto center is the worst! The service manager has one speed, SLOW! Check out the reviews! Store manager wake up! Make some changes!

Wont talk over the phone to book appointment. Tells you to to online just for that to not work either an keep telling me to try again try again. Dont know hos yall are suppose to help if you arent helpful 💁

Visited this store on 6/19/2024 at 8:30am to get tire pressure sensors replaced and the wheels balanced. The man working behind the counter was not helpful, and both LANE CLOSED signs were sitting at each register. This man informed me that they no longer take walk ins for tire service and I need to schedule an appointment. I asked him to schedule an appointment for 6/20/2024 and he said no and that I have to schedule an appointment online. There are no options for an appointment to get TPMS service or wheels balanced. It’s quite possible that they may be short staffed, and that’s me TRYING to remain positive. I had to drive to another store in another city 20 miles away and they got me right in. I was advised at the other store that there is no appointment policy with Walmart for tire services. I will be contacting the store manager as well as corporate. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this store and the individual working there (he charged me double the price for a tire pressure sensor in October 2023). Do NOT visit this store in Findlay. Go to Bowling Green or Tiffin.
