I was overdue for an oil change on my 2009 Ford Focus. Staff was pleasant and professional. I never did a 5 minute oil change before. Price was a little higher than my normal shop, but I guess that's the price of convenience.

First time going and I have no complaints. The technician and manager there took care of everything and explained everything as they were doing it. Smooth and easy process. The best part is knowing who is working on your car and actually seeing the work being performed

The service technicians there went above and beyond taking care of my car! I expected a quick oil change but not all the other amenities that went with it. They greeted us with 2 bottles of water and it just got better from there. They checked my tires that had just been over inflated unintentionally just moments before we got there! That in itself saved me a lot of $$$$ down the road and the safety aspect of it was of course obvious. I highly recommend that you just try them once and see what your experience could be for yourself and your vehicle. Thank you so much Brandon and Dakota for taking such good care of my Chevy Malibu.

12/09/24 at 945 am, I was greeted by the shop manager with a smile and a water! She knew her stuff and was willing to answer any and all questions. She was very through and still able to get it all done very quickly. She cleaned my windshield and gave me air freshners as well! I would recommend this place to anyone needing a quick oil change with friendly conversation. Also their coupons are pretty great too! They've found a lifer customer! ☺️

probably one of the worst experiences I have had here. Throughout the entire visit one of the crew members was clearly having a bad day and was making it very obvious. With constant complaints and repeated use of profanity loud enough that I could very clearly hear him. I was also over charged because the other crew member didn’t select the correct oil, they were willing to provide an additional discount for the mistake however. I made it very clear that I was unsure if I would return because of the experience I had that day.
