Precision Window Tinting Introduce

Precision Window Tinting, located at 110 Crystal Ave #8, Findlay, OH 45840, USA, operates within the broader category of "Auto Repair Stations" on various platforms. While the category name might suggest comprehensive mechanical repairs, this establishment specializes specifically in automotive window tinting services. For local users in Findlay and the surrounding areas considering enhancements to their vehicle's aesthetics and interior comfort through window film, Precision Window Tinting presents itself as a local option. The business can be reached via phone at (419) 420-4451 or mobile at +1 419-420-4451.

The environment at Precision Window Tinting, based on customer feedback, appears to be a typical service bay setting for automotive detailing and customization. Customers interact directly with technicians and potentially office staff. While the physical comfort of a waiting area or the cleanliness of the overall facility are not explicitly detailed in the provided reviews, the experiences shared offer insight into the operational aspects. The efficiency of dropping off and picking up a vehicle, and the arrangement for redo work, suggest a structured process for managing appointments and service delivery. However, issues like tools being left in a vehicle and a broken passenger door handle, along with a technician kneeling on personal items, indicate potential lapses in maintaining a consistently tidy or respectful internal environment. The comments about a technician being "standing outside my car, waiting for me to unlock it" during a redo, and failing to successfully tint a window while the customer waited, suggest that the operational environment might face challenges in consistency and quality control. These observations imply that while the intention may be to provide a dedicated space for tinting, the execution of care within that environment could be inconsistent.

Precision Window Tinting primarily offers services related to the application of window film to vehicles. This core service aims to enhance a vehicle's appearance, reduce interior heat, block harmful UV rays, and potentially improve privacy and security. The explicit mention of a Honda Accord receiving "all windows except the windshield tinted" confirms their standard offering for automotive window tinting. This service typically involves selecting different shades or types of film, precise cutting of the film to fit specific window dimensions, and professional application to ensure a smooth, bubble-free finish. While the provided information focuses on the tinting aspect, a business specializing in window film would also offer related services such as film removal, which can be a delicate process to avoid damaging the glass. They might also offer different grades of tint, such as ceramic or carbon film, which provide varying levels of heat rejection and durability. However, the available reviews heavily focus on the installation quality. The issues of film peeling, bubbling, and dirt under the film suggest that while the service offered is window tinting, the execution of this service has faced challenges, leading to dissatisfaction with the final product's quality and longevity.

The features of Precision Window Tinting, as gathered from customer feedback, present a mixed picture. On the positive side, the business does offer appointments and seems to have a process for addressing customer complaints, as evidenced by the office apologizing and not charging for unsatisfactory work. The willingness to offer a redo and even suggest a different shop location (Tiffin) indicates an attempt to rectify issues and maintain some level of customer service. However, the prominent features highlighted in the negative reviews point to significant inconsistencies in service quality and attention to detail. Repeated issues with the film peeling off, bubbles, and dirt under the film suggest problems with the consistency of the tint application process. The concern about a "large scratch/cut on hood" and a "broken passenger door handle" indicates potential issues with vehicle handling and care during the service. Furthermore, the instance of the technician failing to fix a window during a redo and admitting "it keeps peeling off and I don’t know why" points to a lack of resolution of technical issues and potentially insufficient problem-solving skills at the Findlay location. The closing during normal business hours without notice, and tools being left in a vehicle, highlight operational inconsistencies that negatively impact customer experience. These features, stemming directly from customer observations, indicate that while they offer the specific service of window tinting, the quality of execution and overall customer care can be highly variable.

Given the nature of the provided reviews, specific positive promotional information or marketing campaigns are not detailed. Instead, the available information functions as an objective look at the customer experience. The most powerful promotion, or deterrent in this case, would be word-of-mouth and online reviews. The explicit statements like "I cannot recommend the Findlay shop," "STAY AWAY!!!!", and "I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere" serve as strong cautions to potential customers. While the office did apologize and offered a refund for the unsatisfactory work, and suggested an alternative location in Tiffin, this compensatory action comes after significant inconvenience and a "completely incomplete and botched job." Therefore, for local users considering Precision Window Tinting in Findlay, the current promotional landscape, derived from direct customer feedback, suggests a need for caution. The best approach for potential customers would be to weigh these reported experiences carefully. For direct inquiries, the phone numbers (419) 420-4451 and +1 419-420-4451 are available, allowing individuals to contact the business to discuss their specific tinting needs and perhaps inquire about their quality assurance processes before committing to service.

Precision Window Tinting Customer Reviews

Dropped off my Honda Accord on a Tuesday to get all windows except the windshield tinted. Picked it up and immediately noticed bubbles in the small windows behind the rear doors. The next day I noticed the whole film peeling off the back window. I called and they had me drop it off Sunday night for a redo on Monday. This is still less than a week after the initial tint. I arrived at about 3:15 that Monday afternoon. The tech was standing outside my car, waiting for me to unlock it because his redo work was already peeling off the back window. He stated “it keeps peeling off and I don’t know why”, I didn’t reply but I’m not the one employed at a window tint shop. I stood around for about 15 minutes while he failed to successfully tint my back window. I told him I had to go and had him peel it off. On my way home I called the office to let them know. She apologized and did not make me pay for any of the work done. She offered to let me bring my car in to their Tiffin shop but I declined. Upon arriving home the small windows behind the rear doors were also peeling, so I peeled that film off myself. I have attached photos of the initial job, as well as the film peeling off the small windows on the redo. After being without my car for 2 days, the hassle of arranging plans to and from work, I am left with a completely incomplete and botched job. The tech couldn’t even be bothered to move my car tissues, and decided to just kneel on them. They were in a cup holder when I dropped my car off. I cannot recommend the Findlay shop. I can’t speak for the tiffin location, but I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere.

The second time I showed up to get my suv they were closed during normal business hours and all their tools was left in my vehicle and broke my passenger door handel. The 3 time the guy left dirt under the film from not cleaning the windows and left a large scratch/ cut on hood.... I sent the lady pics of what happend and never heard back from her again.

Despite a little miscommunication in the beginning, I am very happy with my services from precision! (Findlay branch) The price was unbeatable and the windows look amazing. They also provide a lifetime warranty! I will go back in the future and recommend to friends and family.

They did a wonderful Job on my car! Could get in the next day I called. Kelly was awesome on the phone. Fair pricing. Explained everything and showed me the different tinting shades on the wall to make sure I get what I want. They tinted my whole car and I could pick it up after three hours. Be patient when you call, sometimes the answering machine is on, they have two locations Tiffin and Findlay. I will definitely go back with other cars from our family.
