Today I was in Findlay for work and someone pointed out that my tire was really low. I had no clue what to do or how to fix it. I went into the store and Liz saved the day. Liz came out checked all my tires. Filled them up with air checked them all again and gave me so much useful information on what to do to check them when I get home. I wish I didn't have to come here when I do. Sometimes I don't have a choice with my job. But the service is horrible. Only one person I have encountered here knows anything about how to do their job. I wish I knew their name I would recommend them

What a hustle not only do they give you a bad part and you loose out for labor cost because of it...they tell you that the code coming up is the same code you replaced.... When you bring the car back now they tell you three other parts would be the reason for that code... I LATER FOUND OUT THE PARTS THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME HAVE THEIR OWN CODE... Just lost out 100$ labor with bad part... GOING SOMEPLACE ELSE TO GET THE SENSOR NOW I DO NOT RECOMMEND O'REILLY'S OHIO PARTS IS THE PLACE TO GO
