Had an appointment scheduled and 2 vehicles that did not have appts were brought in ahead of mine. Walmart does not value their customers. Most likely will stop giving Walmart my business in general as I cancelled my appt and will be cancelling my membership. This Walmart has a bad name. Done giving them any suppport.

It took an hour and a half but they got it done and unlike Tires Plus they didn't break a lugnut. Everyone was oddly polite and struggling to smile but appropriately. The service was very worth the price. I probably wouldn't come here for anything very technical. But for putting on tires they were 100%.

I have been coming to this particular Walmart for 5 yrs now. And the only reason I always come back in same place changing my tires or anytime I have problems with my car always, the price is reasonable and they’re professional, they listen and make you feel like welcome anytime. They go beyond to make you happy and don’t take long. All the staffs at Auto care where the cashier or their Manager or the crew will give them 10/10.💯💯💯💯👍👍

I usually have a lot of patience for customer service workers, especially those who are getting paid minimum wage. But the worker I spoke to at this location was incredibly rude and unhelpful, giving me no options for a system error that I was not responsible for. I can see why this auto care center has such bad reviews.

Went there to get a battery for my car. Called the day B4 to schedule a appointment and that was like talking to a 2 year old had to repeat my info like 6 times. Went in to day a few hours B4 my appointment and asked if I could leave my car and come back after it was done. They couldn't comprehend this that said I was early. Ans tried to explain it 4 times B4 they got it. They tried looking me up in computer and could not find me. So the guy had me look and yep there I was with a 5 pm appointment. I gave my key to a different person and he walked away to help someone else and he goes who's key is this I just gave it to him. I could go on with many more problems . But I finally just said forgot it when they wanted all my info again when I gave it all when I called to make the appointment. And want to battery plus and they did it cheaper.
