I worked with Christian, and he was excellent. After making an appointment it took about 30 minutes to install the new tire. Highly recommend.

Had good experiences at other discount tires but this one is consistently bad. Came in today and there was only one person in line/very empty, yet I waited over 5 minutes while a bunch of ppl were standing around out in the shop. Then person who checked my tires tried to say my tires were 4 years old! Even though literally discount installed them 14 months ago Finally had to watch a sales person upsell a poor unknowing customer on lug nuts that were $90!! For lug nuts!

I just want to express my gratitude to Christian the store manager. He was very professional in handling my concern with an issue I had inquire about, the above and beyond approach he took to take care of this issue goes well beyond my expectations and I kid you not. This encounter truly highlights how he definitely appreciates, respect, and care for his everyday customers! Please give this man the raise he deserves! I also do hope this encounter doesn’t affect the person who worked on my vehicle as everyone makes mistakes and it’s a learning curve. Again thank you for not making things hard, I wish you all nothing but good health, wealth, happiness and an endless opportunities in your career in the near futures.

Always receive timely and good service from them. Bought a new set of times and had a slight vibration at first. Set up a follow up appointment and they fixed my issue charge free and within 20-30 minutes.

Fantastic team and excellent service! I had a nail in my tire, and they repaired it for free. Their customer retention efforts are clearly working because I’ll be coming back for four new tires when the time comes. Nicholas worked on my truck and did an amazing job—he even found another leak and plugged it, all while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely return thanks to both the outstanding service and Nicholas’ expertise!
