Very, very pleased with the service that we received at Midas in West St Paul tonight! We have been repeat customers for many, many years and, Russell went above and beyond, when he realized it was us. For many years Louis took such good care of us and we were bummed when he left. Our car battery went bad at 2 years and a few weeks, so it wasn’t covered under warranty. Very upsetting for a 2 year old battery to go bad! Russell contacted Louis and he said to honor it under warranty. So when Dustin called us to tell us it was going to be honored under warranty, we were so thrilled! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service to your regular customers! Very important and very much appreciated!! Thanks guys!

I love this shop they also do amazing service on my car. Russell at the front desk was very helpful and had great communication with me about when my car went in, when it was done, and what needed to be replaced on my car. He also printed out a services table that told me when things need to start being replaced and at which mileage which I loved.
