Went here at 5:30 on Wednesday evening with an emergency flat tire and I was turned away. They said they were understaffed and they were too busy to accommodate my emergency tire. And I was turned away with an emergency. ‼️ I went down to tire choice, They didn’t only welcome me. They took care of me quickly and with great pride. Told me that they would never turn a customer away who had an emergency and would be stuck. Walmart previously had a policy, you must accept all emergencies. I know this for over eight years I was a district manager for the Walmart lube express center! There were multiple times before I became a district manager as a TLE manager we would send a staff home and deal with the emergency ourselves since we were the salaried member of management not impacting payroll. Sam Walton would be rolling over in his grave right now. It’s a shame after they did away with the TLE managers everything went down the shitter not having accountability for management or for the associates. Is Raven a salaried member of management that knows how to mount after 6pm? Because it used to be policy they’re always was. I would say, Do better. However, it’s Wally world and it’s exactly why I left the company in the first place.

Went there today for them to put two new tires on our car. A easy 10 minute job they milked for 3 hrs. They were not busy, I watched someone walk around our car for 20 minutes looking at everything but the tires. We missed very important deadlines because they also didn't tell us it would be this long but every person after us that came in they would tell them "it's going to be a couple of hrs of a wait" had we known that we wouldn't of came. Very disappointed with the service here. Could have paid someone else to do it and have it done cheaper just didn't expect this from them.

We had to come back multiple times even after ordering them because they told us we couldn’t get the exact tires we had on the car already. They charged an extra $50 to balance the tires when we were going to do it ourselves, but they “couldn’t take it off”. They took over two hours to change 4 tires, and told us it would only take 1 hour. Definitely do not recommend if you want your tires changed in a timely manner.

On Jan. 14th of 2024. I took my car in to have an oil change done. They broke the latch on my hood and told me there was nothing they could do. It ended up costing me almost $150 extra just to get a new latch and cable for my car. I feel that the technicians are rude and very inexperienced. It's a shame they are supposed to be certified but the only thing certifiable about Walmart and their employees is they will and do hire anyone regardless of their knowledge or training.

Apparently they can’t do an oil change on a Volvo 2012 S60?… really? Whoever the lady was on register couldn’t explain it properly, complete waste of my time. Don’t bother with this auto care center.
