From my first call in, Sarah made everything so easy and smooth and kept me in the loop the entire process. They got me in and got me fixed and back on the road. They were so kind and everyone including managers and sales team members kept checking on me to see if I needed anything. Absolute wonderful experience and if you are just needing service or looking to buy this is the place to start!

I called them in an emergency- and also right before they closed for the day. I understand last minute jobs are difficult to promise. A no would have been better. But they offered to do it. They told me they couldn't get to it that day, but first thing in the morning, they could squeeze me in and run a diagnostic to let me know. I had my car towed there under that assumption. There was no communication, and I was made to feel like a burden by the man who answered for calling and asking a status several hours after they opened. By noon, still nothing. Mind you-i was stranded 3 hours away from home with 3 kids in a hotel I was expected to check out of in a day. I made the situation clear. I called again and a gentleman named Tony finally explained to me that they only have one technician that runs the diagnostics and he hasn't had time. Which I understand- but I should have been told that from the beginning. I found another business to have my car towed to that promised to run a diagnostic ASAP so i could begin planning how to get home. Turns out, my transmission blew. Someone else got the business of rebuilding it. They may do good work. I don't know. They were almost helpful. I'm sure their intentions were good, but they had too many other things to do.

Charlie was my sales person.drove 3 hours away, the car was exactly as he described. He sent me extra videos and pics, he answered every question I had very fast. Excellent customer service, very responsive. Great communication 10/10 recommend would definitely purchase another vehicle from him. Firelands has an amazing selection

We are from Minnesota and we’re traveling to Cedar point amusement park. Our truck hit a massive pothole on I-80 and destroyed the front end of my truck (Death Wobble)pulling our 5th wheel. Through the help of Brad in the service department and Tom the mechanic they did an exceptional job on my truck when we were away camping at Cedar Point. Brad accommodated us like I’ve never seen a dealership service department due and we are extremely grateful and thankful for the time they put in and the work that had to be done that was not scheduled for the week. I would highly highly recommend this Service Department and dealership if you are passing through on a family road trip or looking to invest in a vehicle. We had absolutely no issues going back home to Minnesota. My family is extremely grateful for the service department. It is more than just a job when you’re keeping families safe on the road. Thank you for keeping my family safe.
