I waited 2 hours after my appointment and was told it would be another hour. Why were they taking other cars in ahead of my scheduled appointment? No explanation. Was given for the delay Apppointments are mandatory. WHY? I chose to leave and will reschedule for the first morning appointment at 7AM assuming they will not take others before me. I go to Walmarts all over the US and have always been satisfied with their service. This was very disappointing.

To begin, I thought it'd be cheaper to buy tires online and have them ordered and installed at store. I was wrong. Firstly, you can't buy just two tires. The guys made me buy four new tires ($475) before they would install the two I originally needed. So I went back online and bought two more. It took another two weeks before the tires arrived and I got an appointment. On September 21, 2022, I pulled up to the back. I was the first person there at 11 am, but the guys still had me wait a while before my appointment. The receipt says they didn't start on my car until 11:38 am. It took 3 hours for them to install four tires. I was so annoyed I didn't think to check their work. Fast forward two months, and 2 of my tires are showing metal. I called the manager and he said he'd review the tapes to see if those idiots installed all new tires. He asked me to come back but I'll never go back in my life. I posted pics of my front two tires and one back one so you can see how dramatically different they are in ware. Good luck ladies!! The guys here are really bad.

Only wanting to do appointments and not walk-ins. They try to avoid walk-ins by giving misinformation why they can't or make you wait for many hours. Other Walmarts don't do that and also take very little time for every car.

I had an appointment I talked to the guy on the phone and he told me that my appointment was at 2pm and when I got there, they told me that my appointment wasn't at 2pm it was at 1pm so I missed my appointment and had to reschedule. I rescheduled for the next day at 3PM and when I got there they told me that they didn't even have my car battery in stock anymore, so they couldn't change it. Waste of time. I'm so done with trying to go there. It just seems like they don't want to work. Worst customer service ever. Maybe this was a blessing in disguise.

I purchased two tires from Walmart. I really like the service and the specials. I was in and out within 45 minutes and the service at the counted and the tire bay was nice and professional. Will highly recommend.
