Went to have a standard oil change done. When I was given my car back, I noticed my seat was wet. When I asked about it, no one could tell me why it was wet or how it happened. They told me to go home and if it left a mark after it had dried, to call them (terrible way to handle the situation). So, sure enough, the mystery substance had left a mark. After spending some time on the phone, I was told to bring it in the next evening and someone would attempt to clean my seat. When I arrived the next evening, no one was aware of the situation and almost everyone had been sent home for the day. After waiting for quite some time and explaining what had happened multiple times, the only mechanic there cleaned my seat for me and was able to remove the stain. Everyone I spoke with was lovely and they seemed like great people, but the whole situation was extremely unprofessional and negligent. No one should have to deal with fabric damage to their vehicle (or any damage for that matter) when having basic services performed at a shop.

Everyone was very nice. My quoted 20 minute tire plug service took far over an hour. When the service was complete, I left and my dash tire system notified me the air was low. They failed to refill the air in the tire. The tire was at 31 pounds instead of 40.

Super helpful on 3/16/2024!! Had a tire going flat while I was at work on a Saturday. Got into the tire center at 420pm. $20 less than they originally quoted and an hr later they had me on the road and heading toward a birthday party!! The lady at the counter was super nice, knowledgeable and concise. Great work and thank you!

Excellent customer service today. Jade (I’m 89% on the name, long day) was great! Hunted down a replacement (the last one on the clearance rack. Answered my list of random questions, engaged in pleasant conversation when nobody else was waiting and helped me get everything to the car since I failed to bring the rim for my friends car. Thanks! 👍

Went to get a new battery, was told 1 and a half hour wait. After two hours was told they could not put new battery in my car. Asked to speak to management, spoke to Nick. He was full of excusses from hurt finger, to training new employee. He said they could not due the job since they are not full service. Would have been nice to know that 2 hours ago. Get home and guess what I now have a new dent in my car, thanks.
