Over the past month, I have replaced four throttle bodies. The manager, Al, attributes the problem to faulty vehicle wiring; however, successful bidirectional scanner communication with each throttle body refutes this claim. Each diagnostic scan consistently indicated a voltage drop at a 10% accelerator setting. Furthermore, during the most recent replacement, my son's interaction with Al was characterized by unprofessional and discourteous behavior.

Amazing customer service!!!!! Dec. 31 5pm: Our van, full of six people, started acting up as we were approaching Coldwater on the highway heading home from Northern Michigan. We pulled into O’Reilly’s parking lot. The team helped us check our battery, but we realized we had far worse problems. Because our van was no longer safe to drive , the workers at the counter became our Coldwater guides for restaurant and hotel options. They went above and beyond what was expected to help our family. And yet their incredibly professional and caring assistance seemed to be the norm. Thank you again, O’Reilly staff- we’ll definitely return if we ever need auto parts, a battery check or travel tips again in Coldwater, MI.

Horrible from the service to the extra rude employees. I bought a referb alternator only to install it and then it didn't work so replaced battery cables, wires and everything then tested the alternator and it was junk. Attempted to return it but didn't have the card so they said no next day got the card and then they didn't even need it. Then they claimed to have put the money back still no money.
