Was on my way home in Kalamazoo on a very cold snowy day as I realized my battery was super low, limped my truck to the Coldwater store #2140 and had an employee look at it for me and found my alternator was cooked so the employee Mike Fullbright stepped up and did all the work changing the old one for a nice new one. He saved the day, not only wasn't I dressed for the weather that had changed drastically but had no tools in my truck, the help he gave me at a time I needed it most was most appreciated!!! Great guy and very knowledgeable! Thank you Mike!!!

Woke up with a dead battery out of nowhere with no idea how it happened. Dennis at the Coldwater AutoZone was the perfect man for the job. He was able to test out my battery, starter, and alternator to narrow down the issue and even offered some great advice if future issues should arise. Thanks for everything, Dennis!

Went into autozone in Coldwater Michigan and Mike was so helpful and courtesy. Went outside to check want kind of van I had, got me the right wiper blades and put them on for me. A BIG SHOUT OUT TO MIKE FOR AWESOME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT JOB.
