Waited an hour before I could even tell them what I needed done. And I never did get to because I was waiting at the desk for over 20 minutes before I decided to leave. Guy at the front would help one person and then disappear. On top of that I tried calling prior but no one answered. When I get there the guy wasn’t answering the phone for anyone. I’d understand if it was busy but the line got to a point where it was just two people. And he somehow managed to turn that into a line of 10+ people after disappearing for 20 minutes. So clearly we’re not busy, we just don’t know how tend to customers

If I could give 0 stars I would DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY COMING HERE. I wish I seen the reviews before going.. I bought brand new tires from them, bought new sensors new rims everything new. I went to get it changed they didn’t install the tpms sensors correctly none of my tires are holding air till this day I went back & they told me they can’t do anything about it because I didnt buy the sensors from them. Had to go to another shop & pay 150$ for them to remove the tires again & reinstalls the sensors the right way NEVER AGAIN

Bought and paid for tires. Was told to arrive at 2pm sharp. As I arrive I am told there is a 2 hour delay. I asked why I was not advised before hand. The woman who is literally sitting around arguing with me says she's "busy". They COULD have called, they just didn't. Go ANYWHERE else for tires. ANYWHERE.

For starters Charlie is great always has been that one star is for him beware of engine failure per the auto techs lack of communication to customers this is where it all started , Mikey the manager extremely unprofessional and rude took over an hour to file a claim because apparently his phone and speaking to other associates in Spanish was more important and huffing and puffing and trying to argue that we don’t do mechanical maintenance to cars mind you my car failed due to internal damage from lack of lubercation and maintenance you guys do oil service point blank you was the last person to service my car long story short I will never return to this location and I recommend checking your car before you pay for anything not even in the lot while it’s still in service area yes I did take this to corporate and legal action pending !

Mikey and Charlie were great and professional but Lawrence was NOT! THIS EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED IMMEDIATELY, He yelled at myself and the customer before me. This poor elderly gentleman was visibly shaken by this treatment. I'm in shock
