I recently purchased brand new wiper blades and other accessories for my service vehicle for my business. They were improperly installed and they came off as soon as we had the first inclement weather shortly there after. I was unable to clip the blade back on myself, And seeing as we are having more winter weather, I drove back to the store since it was a recent large purchase, and I asked the guy if he could clip the wipers back on because I need to drive for work. He didn’t even come out behind the counter. There were no other customers in the store, And there was at least one more employee present. Very poor customer service. I also recently purchased a battery for over $120 so I have probably spent about $500 in the past few months. I drive /use my car daily for my business so you will be losing a good customer

They disposed of my battery which I left to be charged and never gave me a call to let me know they were doing it. And then they refused to give a discount if I bought a new one.

The two car batteries I got here drained much more quickly than my old battery. When it seemed like the second battery started dying only after 9 months, I went back to the store and even though they said the first battery was a dud, apparently the replacement I got for it still ate up the warranty. I also had to provide additional personal information that most purchases normally don't need. Later on, I found out that Advance Auto Parts supposedly leaked that data. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the younger employee in the store was helpful and understanding.
