I came here to get tires mounted on my SRT-4. Overall the experience wasn’t too bad. They upsold me on a headlight restoration (I already had one in the car so they took the price of my current kit off) but it took them an hour and a half to mount two tires. My caliber SRT-4 is rare and I asked specifically for NO PARTS TO BE REPLACED Not even the valve stems. My wishes were disrespected and my tire stems were stolen and replaced with cheap rubber ones. The valve stems equipped were discontinued more than 10 years ago so if you respect your oem parts down to the bells and whistles, don’t expect them to show the same respect for your parts -Keet Zimmerman, 08 Caliber SRT-4

I walked in for my appointment and was greeted by Alicia, who had an awesome personality and got me rolling on my tire install. Auto center lobby was getting busy and she did not neglect anyone who was waiting. I had two tires installed and was out the door in under an hour. The auto shop people were also fantastic, very good attitudes for a Saturday morning. When I was finishing up the last part of the sale Gary was there helping people and he also had a fantastic attitude. I will definitely be back for all my tire needs if these two remain employees. Awesome job

Dropped a car off for a tire change and got a call 20 minutes later and was told they didn’t know how to remove the lug nuts. They said if we wanted the tires mounted by them, we would have to take the car to a real tire shop and, get this, have them remove the lug nuts then bring the car BACK to have the tires changed. Just regular lug nuts on a Subaru, nothing fancy or confusing. The best part was the young kid with the goofy hat trying to explain what he obviously didn’t understand while the manager, whose face is plastered on the wall as the manager, literally hid behind some stacks of tires, then bolted outside and left the kid struggling. The kid even asked if we wanted the refund on our credit card or a gift card. Like we really want to pay the interest on a 500 dollar credit card charge and have a gift card for a tire shop that doesn’t know how to change tires. Overall it was an entertaining experience. Go to a real shop and don’t put yourself at risk having a bunch of clowns mess with your tires.

Got my first tire change here and the guy Gary was super helpful and patient. I ordered the wrong size tire and had used all my money for them. He gave a refund for the original order but I still had to pay for the new ones, and he waited while I got a cash app transfer from a friend to cover it last min. He also has a good sense of humor and makes you feel welcome from the start.

I've been to this Walmart Auto Care shop three times in the last 2 weeks. I've gotten all 4 tires changed, an oil change, headlight restoration, bulbs change, A/C filter changed and Wipers changed. Let me tell you[!], extremely professional and very friendly. Angel is the one who does my car when I take it in and everything is done in a timely manner (less than 3hrs) and the job also surpasses my expectations. For instant- the headlight restoration was superb!!! My mother gave me her Toyota Highlander 2002 and the headlights was yellow and mustard color. Barely any lights can be see through it. When Angel got finished with those headlights, LISTEN!!!! It looked brand new and CLEAR! I've attached photos so you can see. I wish I had before photos but I don't. Also, the service supervisor is very knowledgable and friendly as well. I've been to many walmarts and they also lack in customer service but NOT this walmart.
