Another company always "urgently hiring" and they want to keep denying anyone with a record. They quit even responding to me when I apply they just ignore me now . Stop saying nobody wants to work . Plenty of people want to work we are just not given the opportunity because employers won't give anyone with a record a chance !

Ordered a Cap on 4/24/24 Called a Few times. One time the Customer Service Rep lead on that the Dealer we ordered through was a major problem. And to cancel the order. Called a Month later.... They said they screwed up our order. Called again the other day and they said they screwed it up again. Place is a Train Wreck and i still don't have the Truck Cap.

Not sure if reading these comments if I am dealing with the same company! I purchased a Leer (my 3rd brand new cap) truck cap and the windows leaked, the roof rack tracks leaked, after many trips to have it fixed at different dealers. After 5 contact emails and 2 months from Leers web page asking for help I finally got the ok to send it back to have it repaired. Well after many months of waiting I had the dealer that sent it back check on the unit and low and behold it was no where to be found, yes my cap was LOST!! Every year I take a trip north to see my son and sleep in the back of my truck for many reasons, but not this year as I have no cap to keep me and my traveling belongings dry. After continuous hounding to the selling dealer and the shipping dealer this cap was no where to be found,,But wait there it is ready to be shipped. The moral of this story, is number one the craftsmanship was terrible since it leaked like a sive and second how could you loose a cap.

It gets a one star because there are no zero stars. Ordered an aluminum top for a 2018 Toyota Tundra over two months ago. The top was built several weeks ago but the factory would not deliver until they could send a full load to the distributor. Made an appointment to have it installed today only to find out the factory built it for a smaller Tacoma. When I contacted customer service in Milton PA I was told by a "lady" that "Scotty" didn't deal with customers only distributors. I told her I wanted to speak to him only to be told "you can leave your number but he won't call back". I ordered it in February because I need it on my truck from May to November. I would not recommend Leer to anyone.

Something is rotten in Denmark, or should I say Milton, PA. How can you have so many 5 star ratings and then a slew of 1 star ratings with believable explanations? If management is not smart enough to see this, then maybe new management is needed. I ordered a 100R with 2 options on Jan.7th and was told it will be 8 to 12 weeks. When calling the factory in Milton, I was told that there is a bottleneck in getting glass from the midwest and the typical Covid excuse. Well, duh, maybe it's time to start looking for more sources of glass closer to the Milton factory, like a captive sub or bring the glass production in house. And the Covid19 excuse is getting real old. Time to buck up and get with the program.
