Walmart Auto Care Centers

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any walmart. Other than the lady at the counter, thier employees in the tire and service center were the rudest and laziest people I have ever had misfortune of dealing with. They wouldn't ask what all I wanted so Whatever I asked for, like the type of oil or tire, check fluids etc... they would huff and puff. How are they to know what to do if they dont ask or if i dont tell them? They even got mad that I asked for windshield wipers... which they just left uninstalled on windshield. The air filter doesnt look new either. I asked for full synth valvoline... didn't get that. Didn't even fill properly. Oil was about a quart too much. Im concerned they didnt even change it or the filter and just added a quart to the old. Not sure yet. Wanted new tires and spare. They put the tires on and didn't mount and balance. No new spare either. The old bald tires with wire showing drove better. They didn't even add the correct air pressure. They didnt buckle the new battery back properly. Atleast they gave me a really good new battery. Windshield wiper fluid does not work now. Needless to say, I will never use a Walmart tire service center again. I'll drive on the rims for a thousand miles before I do this again. Do not use this place if you care for your vehicle.

Had an oil change here. Had a question about whether or not the correct oil filter was installed. The manager was very patient as he explained the filter numbers are different when they are purchased in bulk as they do at a large auto care center. Very happy with the service.

We had an amazing experience today around 3pm (2/26/22.) My husband and I had a few concerns about a prior oil change we had done at a different Walmart. They were very kind and walked us through everything and made sure that they even took a picture to show us that they had replaced the drain plug so that we didn’t have to worry about it again (my husband went to go do the oil change himself but, the plug was stripped and he was concerned that the last time we got an oil change, it wasn’t actually done.) The service manager even came over (Sanaj I believe his name was) to make sure we were happy and helped. Everyone was just so great and we will definitely come here for now on.

Take whatever appointment time they give you and double it and don't even think about asking an employee for help in getting your car back when you've been there half the morning.
