Zane and Jesse are Autozone superstars! I came in 5 minutes before closing after realizing I might have a bad battery on my 2021 Toyota. I know what it's like to work retail and be ready to go home and have to deal with someone like me. I felt really bad but didn't have much of a choice having just made the discovery. I knew if I waited till the next day I would be in the middle of the woods away from civilization with no cell signal and probably a dead battery. Not only did they test my battery and confirm my suspicions, but Zane went out and started getting my new battery switched out for me. This was a huge help being so late, none of my tools are with me, and I recently hurt my hand/arm and have minimal grip/life. Jesse was cool enough to go over my customer profile and tell me what I still had warranties on while waiting, as I have a few vehicles but none of them are with me. After the install they even hung around a minute and waited to make sure I had no further issues upon startup. When I thought I might still have an issue they hooked back up and tested everything. It was as I suspected, the battery just needed to charge a bit driving and that was fine since I had a long drive to make. But I was still grateful for the peace of mind. Both guys had excellent customer service when I am sure they would have rather been locking up and going home. This was my second stop into this location as I stopped once before in the past looking for some shoter cables for a solar setup where I was trying to parallel connect some batteries. Autozone didn't carry the length I needed and couldn't order them that short, but was kind enough to help me track down another local store that did. Thanks guys for making things so smooth for me tonight and avoiding a couple huge headaches!

Nice clean new store with friendly people but wow the prices are VERY high. I got a fuse tap, a couple extra fuses, and some tire shine and it was $50. They do have a members program which I didnt participate in and maybe that would've helped slightly.
