Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff. We recently bought a vehicle from a used car lot on a Saturday and on the way home a check engine light came on. We called Monday and we were able to schedule then appointment for two days later. They allowed us to drop the vehicle off the same day we called. After diagnosis, they wanted to start with an oil change to see if that would help and by golly it did the trick. This was a situation that very easily could have been taken advantage of, but it wasn’t. They were thorough and honest. I am so thankful for the staff at Gerard’s. We have found our new mechanic! We won’t be going any where else!

I cannot say enough great things about Gerard's Auto! Having grown up in the automotive world and worked at some great shops throughout my life, I know what to look for when it comes to quality service and knowledgeable technicians. Gerard's has it all! They took on our diesel truck and worked tirelessly to figure out what the dealerships and other mechanics couldn't. Not only did they fix our truck once, but they fixed it twice, each time uncovering mysterious issues that no one else could solve. The level of dedication and attention to detail they put into their work is unparalleled. They don't stop until the job is done right, and they use only high quality parts. If you're looking for a shop that will go above and beyond, this is the one. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Gerards took care of my Subaru in a timely fashion. They were professional, clean and honest. Brian explained what was necessary to be fixed and what was not.They even gave me a ride back to work.

They used to do alignments but for some reason they stop doing them there's not really Annie full mechanic shops here. This mechanic shop what's the one always used what happened today stop doing alignments Hannah mechanics they have now a resort in the taking my vehicle to Georgia to get it fixed. Well I couldn't reply to the owner but I'd be happy to post up pictures of 2 years ago where you did do alignments and I have a receipt for an alignment Harold Donovan's is a crook they actually have some lawsuits that are coming upon them that's what I heard from the people of this town and Wells is way overpriced taking advantage of the people of this town and it's already economically poor condition.

OK so I have 21 year old Honda Civic SI that I bought brand new in 2003. I can afford to buy a newer "better" car but I don't need to. This car is and has been awesome. However after 20 years the A/C started to cycle where it would blow ice cold, then after an hour or so it would blow hot for a few minuets and then back again. There's a whole story behind this but I took it to Gerard's last week, Mr. Brian was the service manager.Great guy. They kept it overnight just because I didn't need it back in a hurry. They checked it out for over 3 hours, they put a vacuum on it, checked the Freon level, ran it, drove it and couldn't get it to replicate at all. Which I understand, I used to be in the automotive repair business when I was younger. If your car only cuts off when you are doing a left turn on a Tuesday and it's raining and a Kenny Logging's song is playing...thats when they need it.¯_(ツ)_/¯ Anyway they didn't charge me anything at all, and I appreciate that. I am moving out of state in the next few weeks, but if I wasn't I would absolutely bring any and all of my vechicals here for service. You should as well. (Yes this an honest review, I have in no way been compensated for this) Except maybe a .00002% of a dollar by mentioning a Kenny Logging's song. That bastard still owes me money.

This shop is a gem. As a certified car nut with a son as a mechanic, I was fortunate enough to come across Gerard’s while driving in the area. Staff are passionate, knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks guys.
