Advertises propane refills. I go to store to get propane refilled. Asked about price. It's a flat rate. Not per gallon or pound like propane is sold when getting a refill. It's $15.09 regardless if I get 2 gallons or 5. No thank you. I bet the Weights and Measures Department would be interested in this. Scam!

Went here to get my propane tanks refill at 715am to prepare for the winter storm and was told it's too dark outside, there's no light. Really?! You're not evening trying. Your mission statement says much about taking care of your customer, but didn't demonstrate that. Not impressed Bob.

We went in needing two batteries for our truck. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Prices for the batteries were reasonable. They even installed the new batteries for us at no charge! I saw where they also offer propane tank filling.

Don’t even consider having paint mixed here. They can’t even pull up common paint codes by PPG or Any other major brand. They carry Nason. Even Nason paint codes were a problem. Why offer a service that’s not even viable. My old Napa had no issue with paint. I’m not sure what Napa did , but they should get out of the paint business for good. You’d be better off having paint shipped from Russia. So sad. But it’s a sign of the times. Most retailers just can’t keep up anymore.

Saturday is best day to go. Jason is there. He's the man. Any other day is good too. They do their very best to assist customers. Great place.

I had a great experience at this store. I needed a serpentine belt for my drum carder and, while it wasn't currently in stock, they offered to order it for delivery to the store a few hours later. I was able to return the next day and get exactly what I needed. I so appreciate their speedy service.

I have seen several complaints about the propane. For one, if you only need 2 gallons of propane and drive all the way to the store to get it that's not very smart. The price is set a one flat rate by the corporate office not the local manager. The other one about not being able to do it in the dark is for safety reasons. The tank has to be visually inspected and you need to be able to see clearly during refills so there's no accidents. A flashlight or electric light sounds like a great idea except the part that any spark could ignite the pump. My personal experience with NAPA has been great. I can an extra day from my 30 pound tank that Napa fills vs Tractor supply.
