Walmart Auto Care Centers

This Auto Care center is the worst purchasing tires there they always attempt to add on extra things and charges when you tell them not to, purchase three trailer king tires there they don't have 50 mi on them and the treads separated even on the spare which has never been used they are garbage tires. Now I need to buy new tires again any Auto Care center doesn't answer their phone so you can ask questions if they mount and balance the tires you buy free.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The first time I took my crossover suv to have the oil changed they mentioned the car burns oil and was low. I signed a waiver acknowledging this and asked if they’d fill the car up properly. I was told yes. When I got home I checked the oil level myself and it was in fact low they never filled it up!!!! I thought this was a one off because their computers were down so I gave them the benefit of a doubt and just bought $30 worth of oil to add myself. The second smaller car I took I requested a filter change a fuel injection cleaning. The tech didn’t bother to do either. I parked the car after the oil change because I went on vacation for 7 days and when I came home I discovered my car is now leaking oil!!! I’ve never had this issue EVER. I called the store and was placed on hold for 20 minutes with no follow up after explaining the issue. I hung up and called back for no one to answer. Terrible customer service that could potentially blow up your vehicle.

High mileage oil change, friendly cashier. On the phone they said 3 hours, when inside 2 hours, it took about 1hr and 45 min's. i suggest drive two cars and drop off the one getting worked on so you can still get some stuff done and not sit around getting grumpy about the jumble of employee's or lack of, it just depends on the day but today I walked out happy with no issue's.

After a basic oil change, my car immediately started giving me problems. As like most oil n change locations n Hesperia Automotive. My car broke down after getting an oil change or car repair from at least from five different locations in Hesperia.Them crooks, x-prisoners n cons always attack those that they don’t like by ruining their cars. So to be safe, avoid them active criminals who have hate n criminality disguised across that friendly-innocent looking face. They’re not reformed-at least most of them. They’re still criminals overcharging, stealing from your car or destroying your car.

They've made it easy to come in and get your oil change by offering online appointments. I was in and out in less than an hour.

They're where good no major complaints.I had my tires replaced but I had told them to remove one and I will keep it as and extra as it was still good and I had go back to remind them and the mechanic there got bothered but other that having to pay attention to their work after that there's no other complaint. They took like 1 hour for 2 tire replacement and a different occasion an oil change took them about 2hrs.
