AutoZone Auto Parts

I went it to exchange a battery which should not be very hard to do as I have done it before. The lady who “helped” me was very rude her name is Mayra she gives her customers the most rude attitude. She said in order to make an exchange the battery had to be at completely dead which is why I left it to charge. When I called they said the battery was fully charged even though a battery does not charge in 30 minutes. I took the battery everything was okay until I tried to turn my car on the next day and it would not turn on. I went back the next day which is when another employee helped me he was very helpful when it comes to customer service. It is not the first time I have had an bad encounter with Mayra, every time I come into this auto zone she is very arrogant and overall rude.

Great customer service.. as for previous review i just read isnt Autozone for car parts not motorcycles i seen they carry very few motorcycle items but people cant get mad that they cant help with finding motorcycle batteries and thru a phone call . Us customers that wait in line would like to be helped before customers on the phone.

Female that answered the phone was rude and acted like I was bothering her when I asked for help to find a motorcycle battery. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The prettiest girl candi was so sweet & helpful! She helped me find everything I needed for an oil change (which I had 0 knowledge about) & informed me of the bundle deals too so I could save money. Will definitely be coming back

Went in this past weekend kept having to jumpstart my car i thought it was my battery as i have warranty i figured great problem solved . The manager Myra also said my battery had to be tested as per policy and really to help figure out my problem. I had battery in back of my truck she gladly went to get battery for me, it was dead she said it had to be charged and retested to make sure that was my problem. Im glad she did becouse at the end the battery wasnt my problem it was my alternator had she not charged or tested battery i would of ended up with same problem. Good job myra great customer service.

I went to get windshield wipers. The person helping me was rude. He has no customer service skills at ... obviously i don't know what kind of wipers i need and needed help. Went here again just to get a battery for my key fob for my car. The girl looked at my key fob like it had poop on it.... I just needed help opening it so I could tell what size battery was in it and she said she couldn't touch it..... this is the worst AutoZone ever!!!!!!!! Went to the dealer got a new battery they changed it for me for $5.44 AutoZone I will never ever go back to your store again
