I came for a simple oil change at 0800 and was told (for the second time) they are too busy. it doesn't take long to do an oil change. don't waste your time here. Find some place that cares about their customers.

I walked in Wednesday and spoke to rep. joseph S. and told him needed tires for an Acura TL 2005. He finally located the tires and. Said he needed to order one more tire. He scheduled me for Saturday this week.I called Saturday to confirm tires were ready,and Rep had no idea about the tire type, or any notes..She said she had no access to the other Reps account..what? She put me on hold and came back and she couldn't locate the info.. so ridiculous..I told her to call me back to confirm if tires were ready..no one called me ..went to Firestone.. and got better warranty and price.

They fixed my puncture free of charge, excellent customer service. Will have to consider you guys when I need to replace my tires

I dropped my vehicle off at 9:13am and I didn't drive off until 5:40pm. I am happy with the quality of work that they do at Les Schwab but I didn't expect shocks, an alignment and a rotation to take 8 hours. The customer service is phenomenal as I usually experience when I visit a Les Schwab at any location across the country.
