If I could do zero stars I would. Went in for an oil change. Not rocket science. Came out not entirely sure if they did anything. No new sticker on the windshield. The guy said my car was ready yet I had to hunt down my own keys. Get in the car and for some reason my driver seat was set all the way back and laying all the way down. Any reason why my seat needed to be moved for an oil change? Now my engine splash guard under the car is dragging because it was reattached using zip ties. How do you lose the clips! All in all it was a terrible experience and will not be returning for any future service as well as deterring anyone from taking their vehicle there for any sort of service.

I arrived before the appointment. The service was prompt, But simple and they made it easy to check in and plenty of time to shop around. And when they texted it was ready I gave them my sticker, they handed my keys, and I left with two brand-new tires. Would recommend this to anyone looking for an easy, pre-pay for tires and scheduling ahead, and surprisingly affordable experience.

Go elsewhere for tires, the service here is absolutely terrible. Very slow, I got asked several questions 3 different visits over a tire that was covered under road hazard warranty. I will never buy tires from Walmart again. What a nightmare.

Do not waste your time coming to this auto center to get your oil changed because our appointment was for at 4:30 and instead of getting in for 4:30 they said they were running a little bit behind and it would be done for 5:30, instead they pulled someone else's car in and our car still isn't done .this place is a joke . I don't recommend bringing your car here ..take your car else where

Did not have the tires they set me up with. Service was slow. And when I left, 2 out of my 4 new tires were inflated incorrectly, 1 6psi over, 1 6 psi under.

The Worst 1st time walk in to get tire checked since this service center is where the tire was put on. Not a single appt available all day long to check the tire (slow leak) Use app to make an appt. For the very next day, drive there from another town Only to be told their air machine is down and No tire service can be given. I got a text reminder to go to the appt but No call from the actual center to let me know NOT to come due to an issue on their end. All the guy said was, I apologize... that's it, nothing else but you can go to another service center. Horrible. Just horrible. I Won't ever go back again, they could care less about the inconvenience to people.

They let me sit on the bench for 90 minutes after they decided to cancel the job. We completed the sale for two tires but that wasn't good enough, they wanted us to buy 4 tires. There are good tire shops in town but if you need a walmart, go to Hermitage. These guys are freedom stealing criminals.

They didn’t check anything that is on my receipt. My high beams don’t work and it says “good” my transmission fluid is low it says “good”. Get it together or shut it down.

These dudes are slow mentally and physically. They broke my key fob in half and now I'm going to have to pay a fortune for a new one. And they still made me pay full price for the oil change.
