I was promised my car in 5 days and it is going on 3 weeks. No communication. I had to call every other day to see if I was ever going to get my car back. Still no response. This is the worst body shop I have ever needed. Even my insurance company called asking for the shop manager to call and update me and didn’t. I have purchased 2 cars from Preston. I referred my daughter who bought 2 cars and I referred my son in love who bought a car. Purchasing a vehicle at the Chevy side was a joy but I’ll be damned if I ever refer or purchases another car from this company. I would highly recommend that you never use this company.

I used their service instead of another body shop because I heard good reviews. Im really unimpressed with their work considering they ruined the interior mat which is a part that was perfect before the collision repair and also the rear fender did not align correctly which also was perfect before the collision. I love my Z and end up havving to repair things myself after paying $2000 for a shop to do it. They don’t care about your car just your business.

UPDATE: We picked up the car and it was very well done, clean and polished. It was finished on the Wednesday of week 4 after I had called several times. I changed my rating from one star to 3 because of how nice the work was. I still say that they weren't very good at contacting us. I wish I had seen these reviews before we left our vehicle at the Preston's Body Shop for repair. Allstate sent us there to have the damage appraised and we thought it would be convenient to just have the car done there instead of taking it around for quotes. I don't know why Allstate does this instead of having a certified Allstate adjuster look at it but here we are. It's been 3 weeks now for what was relatively minor damage, I will update this review once we get the car back. As of right now I'm not happy at all with Preston's Body Shop.

I don't mind waiting. I know it is difficult to get parts. I know places are short staffed. That isn't why I'm giving a poor review. This place has the worst communication. No one answers questions or returns phone calls. I had to stop in to get the status of my car. The customer service is terrible. The positive. My car looked good when it was done.
