The tech could not have been slower, its almost like he is getting paid by the hour... Went in for them to check my battery, pretty much knew it was bad but wanted to double check quick. Took over an hour to "diagnose". Then they didn't have the battery I needed in stock. Wasting an hour of your weekend on absolutely nothing.

I had scheduled an oil change. At the start of my appointment there was only one vehicle in the bays with two technicians working on the vehicle. The lady at the desk said my vehicle would be done in an hour. After 45 minutes I went to check on my vehicle and they had not so much as pulled it into one of the open bays. Very poorly managed. I would not recommend using them for any auto service.

Was a bad experience simple oil change and install four new tires took over two hours with nothing but excuses.and employees standing around complaining about people calling off. Won't go back again. Will pay more money next time to get quality service!

Surprisingly good service, came in for 4 new tires at 4:45, left at 6:15, about 15 mins of paperwork then 1hr and 15mins for the tires

Call and the girl says she has a tire and I can come get it drive 9 miles to get this tire and she says come back tomorrow to get it what was the point in wasting my time or telling me to come get it while u have it in stock to refuse to sell it because they was too lazy to have the tech put it on a frame 10/10 definitely don’t recommend

Went here to get a tire replaced that blew. Got here at 430pm and was told there would be a wait while they proceeded to do an oil change of a car that came in after us. Two people in the department, phone ringing off the hook and no one to come help them.
