Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I was a walk in because I was out of town. The manager so friendly and helpful. They were very busy that day and when I walked in the manager was on the phone trying to explain something to a customer who was obviously unhappy. The manager must have explained the service a thousand times but was always respectful and never lost his temper. Once the call was over he kindly and patiently helped me as well as other customers. I ended up.having a screw in my tire. They fixed the tire and I was good to go back to north Carolina. I would recommend these guys every time.

Fantastic service from consult to repair. This was a big repair, CVT replacement and it went flawlessly. Don Stallman, my service advisor managed the replacement from beginning to end

This place should not be allowed to work on cars. Not only did they not fix my belt, they covered my car in oil/grease, inside and outside. They forgot to replace all of my bolts, as there were bolts sitting on the ledge under my hood. They didn't do an oil change, as my oil was completely dry. But then when I took it back they mislead me and gave me the wrong number for their district manager. They also had the wrong number posted for their district manager on the outside of their main store door. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Fast and affordable service. Friendly staff. They were able to get me in same day I called. Only issue I had was they replaced both drivers and passenger side wiper blades when the drivers side was brand new and I only asked to have passenger replaced. Would recommend for good, quality, reasonable priced service

Came in because of spongy brakes and they gave constant updates and progress. Even had some great conversations while I waited. Fairly priced, as well.

My dad and I went there with concern about the tire leaking air. I could tell it was overwhelmingly busy for the workers. I could definitely feel for the guy at the desk having to multitask like that. The gentleman at the desk handled everything very professionally and was well mannered. I didn't catch his name, but all the workers we encountered were All Very Friendly. They deserved some kind of praise, so I wanted to leave a nice review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Definitely deserve 5 stars! 🙂

Convenient hours. Kind staff. Great service. We were on our way to the mechanic because of a noise. Our car was making and realized it was a flat tire. They took care of us right away. Lucky to have Mr. Tire in alliance!

I've used a number of different repair shops in the area. Most seem more interested in selling additional services than fixing my problems cost-effectively. Mr. Tire has become my go-to repair shop because they do good work at a fair price without trying to up-sell me on unnecessary services. They're also helpful, getting my car in quickly, and easy to work with.

This last visit was poor, but every other experience has been great! I am a mechanic who was traveling 200+ miles home from work with a shoulder injury when I needed a belt replaced on my truck. I called ahead while I drove and was assured quick service. The guy tried to fear-monger me into a nearly $500 to replace additional parts. Then when I insisted that they only replace the belt as requested, he seemed irritated and said that they didn't have the one...but they had unnecessary parts delivered in that time. About two hours later, I finally got to leave. Not how I wanted to end a 24 hour duty day of pain and exhaustion!
