Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

This was my first time ordering tires online from Goodyear.com and I chose this location as an installer. I was able to set the appointment online and called the morning of install to make sure everything was ready. I dropped my car off and they called me back about two hours later. Everything was very streamlined and efficient.

I used to use Conrad's exclusively for my vehicles. However, after my last brake job done there I will never go there again. I had new rear brakes done at the end of June. They have squealed horribly ever since. I never had any issues with my brakes before this. I took it back the first time and they said it was over greased and took care of it. They still sounded horrible so I called again and made yet another appointment. They said it looked fine but greased them again. They squealed even worse. I called a 3rd time. The guy on the phone said he would look into it and call me back. Of course, he never called back so I called again. He said it may be faulty pads and they would look at it and replace. So, I made yet another appointment. This time thinking they were actually going to do something about it. I was wrong. They mysteriously couldn't hear the loud squealing and greased them again... Then they said that it's probably either my electric calipers or ebrake. I'm not a car person but even I know what rubbing brakes smell like and would be able to tell a sticking ebrake. But, I called a dealership to do my due diligence because, again, I'm not a car person. They looked at me like I grew a 3rd eye and said that isn't possible if you aren't smelling anything or having issues with the actual braking. So here I am months later with horribly loud squealing brakes that make people around me look at me whenever I hit the brakes. After spending ~$600 I should not have brakes that sound like they are falling apart. My opinion is they used vastly inferior pads and won't fix their issue correctly. If you just need an oil change, or tires, or something, sure they're fine. But, do not trust them for actual mechanical maintenance.

I got fours tires, alignment, and an oil change got in done quick and correct and they told me issues they seen on my including a video showing the issues that I was told about. I will return for future service

They may have great prices but their work is shoddy. The few times I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, they never put the heat shield back on properly and my husband has to put it on correctly. Today, after getting my oil changed and tires rotated (which took 90 minutes) the heat shield nearly fell completely off while I was driving. Now I'm on the side of the road waiting for help to come because the nut is too bent for me to remove it on my own. I do not recommend going there.

We always get our oil changed here and have had Tyler a few times at the desk. He is always very professional, informative, and courteous. We recently got new tires put on through them as well and are happy with the product.

Have had a lot of problems w/ my vehicle, between tires, brakes, front end problems. Conrad's has made this issues as painless as possible. Their customer service is outstanding. And if I might add, Tyler has been especially helpful to me. I love knowing there's a place I can go and be met with honesty and knowledge.

I asked to have a noise looked at and the decided to do as they wish and give me a 4 page long estimate of preventative and maintenance stuff as well as tell me that the noise in my suspension isn't an issue that needed to be dealt with as it's not a safety issue. Even though it's supposedly broken shocks and links. They then tell me at pick up my car was low on coolant but the filled it up but we need to figure out where it was leaking well I didn't get the opportunity to do the pressure test because immediately it was having issues with not driving even though I had never had an issue with it and have recently drove it to Virginia beach and back!. Now my car in inoperable and the manage at the local conrads could care less as he told me he didn't have time to even look at the car I had recently got back from them. Corporate doesn't care either as they're no help so use caution when you go here.

Absolutely horrendous, terrible customer service. Went there for one tire for my car, guy up front tried to sell me over 1000 in repairs when all I needed rn was a tire. It also took over 45 mins for said 1 tire. Will not be going back. Every time I’ve went to this place it’s always new people never a same face. Tyler helped us last time get in for an oil change last second which was extremely helpful, and glad he did . End of story tho, the new people will try to sell you stuff you don’t need atm, I recommend going anywhere else to get your car fixed.

I took my car here to see if I could get my tire plugged they said I would have to get it replaced I took it to a different shop they found a nail plugged it for me and it’s been fine.
