Had a complex collision claim because of insurance company communication issues. Walled Lake Collision now LaFontaine Subaru Collision went above and beyond patiently dealing with my insurance company. Did great work getting my Subaru in like new condition. All their staff were very understanding, helpful and communicated well throughout the repair process.

Horrible service from the manager Tyler and the director Henry. Took my Jeep in for corrosion warranty and they painted half of my jeep darker than the rest. The manager noticed the paint did not match but still had me come out to pick up my vehicle. After noticing the color was off I reached out to Henry the director. He said he would fix my jeep and that I would be communicating with him from that point forward. When my jeep was completed I could not get in contact with Henry. He ignored my calls/texts/emails. The manager was beyond rude. The paint still did not match. I was not willing to give them a 3rd try at painting my vehicle so I left in a two tone jeep. Very disappointed this car was expensive and I was treated poorly over an issue that was jeeps fault not mine. Don't take your vehicle here.

We recently brought our 'fixer upper' truck cap to Walled Lake Collision to be repaired and painted to match our F-150. In record time, with the utmost professionalism, and truly an above-and-beyond experience, the team at Walled Lake Collision provided a wonderful customer experience and outstanding craftsmanship with their work. They ensured the job was done right from beginning to end, it quite literally looks brand new, and they offered a competitive and transparent price. We will definitely be visiting Walled Lake Collision for all of our vehicle needs and encouraging all others to do the same!

My insurance company recommends Walled Lake Collision for a good reason. They do great work and offer a seamless coordination with my insurance company. I just show up with my damaged vehicle and with little effort on my part everything gets done right. My vehicle looks like nothing ever happened and smells like new again! Jack, Tony and the rest of the people who run this place are personable and professional. They earn all 5 stars. I highly recommend them.
