LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Walled Lake Service Center

The Service department at this dealership is awful. I made an appointment for my care to be serviced on Monday. I called on Tuesday to check the status of the car. Their service phone line is NEVER answered. The only way I could speak with a live person was to select new car sales and force a sales person to walk down to service and deliver a message to call me, which they never did. Tuesday afternoon I was told my car may be looked at on Wednesday or possibly Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving). On Wednesday I went to the dealership to retrieve an item from my car and was quoted a fairly outrageous price for the repair. I agreed to the price since I had already agreed to the $200 diagnostic fee and did not want to pay for another tow. I was told it should be done on Friday. After multiple phone messages the following Monday and again talking to New Car Sales to try to get information about my car, the Service Advisor called me and started to give me a quote and asked if I wanted to do the repair. DO NOT GET SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!

Took my Jeep Wrangler to LaFontaine Collision shop to be repainted under a corrosion warranty. After a week they called me to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle was two different colors. I feel like the manager Tyler thought I wouldn't have noticed because once I did notice and pointed it out he agreed that it didn't match and offered to repaint my vehicle. I contacted their director Henry and he said I would be working with him for the rest of my repairs. Almost one month later I was called to pick up my vehicle again. The paint was still two different colors. After being belittled by the manager Tyler and ignored by the director Henry I left with my two toned jeep. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. This was a warranty repair it was not something I caused and now I'm stuck with a two toned vehicle that I can never get my money back on. Very disappointed.

The service department is terrible. The only way I could get a loaner from the rude woman working the phone was to call the manager and explain how THEY sold me a broken car. Then all the sudden she had a loaner car available. They don't return phone calls AND THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH AND TELL YOU ANYTHING TO MAKE A SALE. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE HERE. GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP.

Worst dealership ever service dept. is horrible they don’t know how to help customers I been calling for the last 3 days no answer. I called the sales department and they said someone in service will give me a call. You guys keep saying you’ll take of me but you’re not doing anything to help me. I blight car from LaFontaine 2 days ago and they sold it to me with all the lights on the dash. I’ll give you guys until Monday if you don’t help me I’ll be going over to suburban.

Call the service center at Lafontaine three times and it would direct me to the message center either. I had to leave a message for somebody to call me back or nobody would even bother picking up the phone to answer my phone call what happened to Customer Service. I forgot I had to hold for 30 minutes and nobody would answer.
