Great service by good people who are truly looking out for your best interests. The owners are incredibly kind and down to earth (with some cute puppers in the office too!) and they have helped me out of tough spots more than a few times! Prices are honest, upfront and very fair. Could not recommend this place enough!!!

As a new resident to Greenville this was my first experience with a tire shop in the area. They were not only prompt in ordering but very prompt in getting me in and on my way. Super clean shop, people up front were very nice. It was early so I didn't get all the names but 5 star all the way for me. This will be my shop moving forward. Also I am in Insurance and work for State Farm, this is one of the best shops I've been to or seen in a lot of years of dealing with shops etc. Great Work!!

This place is great. They are always quick and reasonably priced. Most importantly, I trust them. On multiple occasions I know they had opportunities to make more money off of my car, but they helped me save money instead of going for a quick profit. There is nothing better than finding honest mechanics, and these are the guys. I would highly recommend them for anything.

I grew up around cars, with my dad being in the automotive industry. While I wasn't passionate about understanding the deep dive mechanics of a vehicle, he taught me how to maintain one and, maybe most importantly, how to identify a good shop from an overly advantageous one when I inevitably need support. I think we've all probably experienced the misleading or greedy type a time or two, unfortunately. All of that said, W.N. Watson and every individual operating it is a "salt of the Earth", "shirt off of their back" type of person. I have an older car with tricky troubleshooting needs on occasion, and they have always taken care of it as if it were their own. They provide clear communication, honest guidance and have made me feel genuinely taken care of over the years. I mention these intangible qualities because you can likely go dozens of places for routine services or repairs. The difference is in the interaction and partnership. Not the most smart nor considerate individuals. They made a mother and 1 1/2 year old wait over 3 1/2 hours who got their at open with an appointment for an oil change. Probably worth your time to go somewhere else, where they at least can prioritize and not be complete idiots. Good luck!
