Excellent service! I stopped in because I was driving my daughter’s car and the PSI in one tire was very low. I was greeted immediately, and my concerns were addressed thoroughly, quickly, and at no charge! Anytime my daughter has a concern about her car, I will send her here.

I was driving yesterday on Poinsett Highway when my “low tire pressure” came on. I was on my way to a destination that was new to me and I was concerned it could have been more than the cold weather that caused this indicator light to come on. I luckily passed Poinsett Tire and pulled in and asked for help. A technician quickly checked my tires and filled them up as the cold weather was the culprit. The fast service and kindness shown to me was extremely appreciated and I cannot recommend this tire store more. 5/5 Stars ⭐️ for sure ☺️!!

We were traveling from Florida to Greenville to visit family, and our tire came on. We took the car to Poinsett, and the service was absolutely fabulous! The staff was kind, knowledgeable and they assisted us right away. They fixed the problem immediately!

Ive used this shop for a few years for tires and alignments. My overall opinion is they do slightly above average work, though they have a terrible perspective of customer service. I would recommend a different shop to help you work through car trouble.Example: i have stock cobra Rims (255/45/r17) this shop installed tires sized for stock base model (245/45/r17)

Went in for a nail in my tire and they fixed free of charge because they were closing up. Refused payment when I tried to pay for their work. Would recommend to everyone in town

Truly fantastic & professional service at a great price. I'll always come to Poinsett first! New brakes and new tires plus alignment all with same day service. Their location is very convenient, easily acceaaible, and their staff was extremely easy to work with. There is also a clean and comfortable waiting area available if you need to wait on service.

I manage a business with a fleet of over twenty vehicles James does 100% of the work on. I take my personal vehicles to him as well. He is extremely honest and professional and he stands behind his work. Poinsett Tire is the only auto shop I recommend in town.
