Been here two days in a row with different cars, different problems. These guys are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are definitely competitive with others I've used. Give them a shot!

I have never encountered a more welcoming and professional shop that truly honors veterans. The staff were exceptional—prompt, attentive, and highly skilled. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and my needs were prioritized and addressed efficiently. This will be my go-to location for oil changes and other services in the future. They're great for oil changes and small repairs, but I cannot recommend them for sake of how they may treat a customer after making a mistake. I've been coming to this location for a while for oil changes and small repairs. A member of Bruce's team made an honest mistake installing new interior and exterior tie rods on my vehicle, causing one of said tie rods to fall out of its threads (sent a picture to the store's email as part of communications) when I went to get the car aligned the next day (this Grease Monkey location doesn't do alignments -- that was made clear and I accepted that). I was offered a free oil change for the future, but I made it clear I may not be able to return to this particular store in the future due to my work, and would like a refund for the tie rod installation, and a discount down to store price on the parts. From coming down and talking with Bruce in-person, that refund was my expectation. Bruce has said repeatedly, when I've called down to the store multiple times in the last couple months, that he would get in contact "today" with his management to see if a refund could be done. Last time I called last month he wouldn't even let me get a word in before "reassuring me" again and hanging up. I do not believe him anymore, and have been told by friends to give up trying to get my money back on that repair (that, as another shop made clear, could have reasonably taken me off the road, if not killed me, if I hit a pothole hard enough). I'm not trying to make a stink, but I at least would've appreciated him telling me straight out if they could not do a refund for the mistake, instead of saying that he'd "really prefer" if I took a coupon for future work and then repeatedly giving the impression that he would get confirmation from his management.

Great location and great people! They were so helpful and patched my tire in less than ten minutes. Second time we have brought one of our cars here and will definitely be coming back.

This was my first and will be my last being a customer at this place. Bruce has amazing customer service, very professional, and addressed my concerns. I might have waited 15 minutes for the oil change. The tech that checked me out, did not acknowledge me, had an whole conversation with the customer after me. Would NOT hand me a pen to sign, or the keys to my vehicle.

I have been going to Grease Monkey for years (20 +). I have never had any problems with them. Always Great service and I never have to go back for the same problem. I recently recommended Grease Monkey to a friend of my mother who was having issues with the dealership about her car. She was very happy with the work done and went on and on about how friendly the Grease Monkey employees. Thanks Guys 😀

Hands down, one of the best “Quickie Oil Change” places I’ve ever been to. Bruce who normally checks you in always has a big smile and greets every single person with the same warmth and hospitality! What’s very refreshing is that after look over your car, they have options to give you if they find something that may cause problems for you before your next oil, but they are not pushy on trying to add service items for the sake of adding them. Give them a try on your next oil change and you will not regret it!

From the moment I arrived the service was great all the service Techs. We’re very courteous and helpful. Not like a lot of places we’re there trying to get you to get other things done only good recommendations and how to get discounts in the future will definitely be returning for more service on all my vehicles…

Literally the best! Everyone is sweet and helpful, they never tried to upcharge me nor lie about work needed. I’ve tried other places that did that and hated it. Will always go to Grease Monkey first!
