Installed tint on my truck and it immediately had defects under it. He came back and replaced the side windows. Tried charging a mobile fee again for replacing the defective tint. Same issue. After contacting again asking for a refund he agreed to 50%. I told him another shop will charge for removal. He offered to remove as well. Came to remove and now said he never agreed to the 50% refund. Says that it was dirt from outside and he can’t control that. I told him he should not have taken the job on if it’s not going to be a good outcome. If I had known that upfront I would not have used his services. Told me that it’s also because of my old model truck with crank windows is why it didn’t come out good. (Truck is a 2017) I would not recommended this company. They do not stand behind their work or word and you’ll just be paying twice to do it all over again. I was told that I am a picky customer. I don't think creases in the windshield Is someone being picky.

Horrible, was satisfied at first 4 days later the tint starts to rip on the driver side and please note I did not role the window down at all…this isn’t my first time getting a tint. Had them done professionally never had a problem from other businesses. Messaged him about it said he would fix it but a week later no replies. Ain’t a man of his word! Never going back.
