I swear most car repair places charge me a blonde in a Mercedes surcharge, but they were super cool here. Busy on a Saturday morning but still did my rim crack repair in under an hour and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Cleveland Tire & Wheel have been phenomenal with their quality of work. BUT, I’m displeased when I feel I have to do the thinking for others. I came in and told the young gentleman at the counter, I was there a couple days prior for a used tire install. I informed him that the tire was giving me problems, as I had to fill it with air over the weekend, twice. He looked at me and said, “uuh, okay. Uuuh, what would you like for us to do for you?” The question was posed almost as if I was in the wrong place. Like what do want us to do about it…. Also, I’d ask that more thorough receipts are written. He stated he didnt see what side (driver/passenger) I had the tire installed the prior day. I stated that HE wrote the receipt. He seemed embarrassed and awkwardly told me to have a good day, after dropping my receipt and keys on the counter. Just a little more professionalism, courtesy, initiative. Besides that, they got me back on the road with a different used tired. Great job

If you care about your rims don’t bring them here!!!!!! Messed up my rim fixing a crack just for it to open back up a few days later. Charged me 150 to fix thinking it was gonna be a professional job all they did was cause more harm. Go to rim dude if u love your car.

The owner was incredibly kind, generous, and honest. Not only did he help me find the wheel I needed, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and back on the road to California. He treated me with genuine respect and care — something that’s rare to find these days. Even though it’s been a year, I still think about that moment, and I just wanted to come back here to say thank you. If you’re ever in need of help, I highly recommend this place. You’ll be treated like a person, not just a customer.

Ive been here multiole times for various reasons and always had a great experience. Had them fix a bent rim for me quick and reasonably priced. Also got me into a cheap tire until my new custom rims came. Had them installed quick and easy for a decent price. Would definately recommend going here for help with your wheels.

Get you in and out Ive had a tire replacement here before and within few days it went back flat. They gave me no problem at all they were happy to fix the problem and send me on my way no charge. You have 30 day warranty

Do not go here owner was terribly rude had a hostile tone when I tried speaking with him about why they wanted to do a half ass job and expected me to pay full price he then walked off mumbling something in mid conversation just pathetic and over priced charged me 150$ to fix a very small bend in my rim and refused to put my spare tire back in the storage compartment I definitely don’t recommend patronizing this business over all very bad experience. Here it is now an hour after I posted the initial review and the the owner responds accusing me of drinking this is outrageous and beyond pathetic I had my child in the car with me and I don’t drink maybe the owner is the one who was drinking I don’t know but that would explain his hostility towards customers furthermore they were about to close and I was the only customer in the store so as you can see someone who accuses their customers of being drunk and displays this type of behavior is not deserving of the community’s business this is a very shameful and disgusting attempt of him to defame and slandering my character as I said before pathetic
