This location always makes my day worse, especially in office. The men always give terrible attitudes and push back for asking for copies of former E-Check results not understanding their jobs well enough to know that you can go back a year to get E-check results (this, or they allow their hatred and immaturity to not comply) even though he claims he was the assistant manager. I didnt get his name but he's the younger, older man perhaps early 50's, there is a nasty older one too probably late 60's. (Toothless) the demeanor, language and aggressive behavior is disgusting and they are supremely unprofessional. I had to actually call the police to seek help because even though myself and he were having issues none of the others stepped in to help. He claimed (in front of police) that no one could step behind the desk except him because he2s the assistant manager (although all 3 men were back there when i came in) , he was so arrogant he also thought he wasn't going to have to comply once the police came in..he thought wrong. While awaiting the police. He was actually on the phone in front of me with a woman and the woman was saying "I don't why she called the police, what she think they gone do" And they did PRECISELY what I needed them to do, made him do his job! He was so bad that even while waiting on the police he kept going, and going even though I was no longer talking saying "I don't know why you're still standing here." Which I recorded because his body language was aggressive. Anyway I ended up calling the manager at E-Check and he ended up having to get the job done anyway despite his angst. So we had to call the police and upper management to calm him down like a kitten. All in all it was worth it to me to see him HAVE to do the job he's getting paid to do. You may not think the same. AVOID!
