I can’t say enough good things about the Volvo Service Department in White Plains. They’ve truly gone above and beyond to help resolve an issue I was having with my car. From start to finish, the team was patient, thorough, and incredibly accommodating. Tony was especially amazing—attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was taken care of. He was also so sweet with my daughter, who joined me on one of my visits, making the whole experience less stressful and even enjoyable. John, one of the technicians, took the time to ride along with me to help pinpoint the source of a strange sound I’d been hearing. That kind of hands-on, thoughtful service is hard to come by these days. Overall, just an incredible experience. If you’re looking for top-tier service with people who care and go the extra mile, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Their maintenance shop is pretty good, but theirs sale team is not one of the best had to go to buy my Volvo xc 90 in a different dealer and come back to this location for service 🤷🏻♂️

I bought a CPO last June and have had so many issues since making the purchase. This service department has been completely incompetent. On multiple occasions I have brought my car in and either things were never even addressed or they were repaired improperly. On the last occasion I was given multiple assurances that everything was fixed appropriately but upon delivering my car the window seal and molding were still not aligned correctly. It’s already falling off again. They have an f rating by BBB and now I know why. Do yourself a favor and bring your car elsewhere for service.

I have been servicing my vehicles here for the past 4 years and I cannot say that I have had the "Premier" service they claim to offer. Everything from unfulfilled promises of follow up calls on faulty parts for over a year, to waiting 4 hours for an oil change, to lose parts coming off while driving away from my service appointment (lose parts after a service appointment seems to be a reoccurring theme according to some of the other reviews). This being my second vehicle with Volvo, I keep telling myself that I will not come back to this establishment but only remember once I have been put through it and I have been put through it each and every time I use this Volvo service location (NO EXAGERATION). I understand that you cannot please everyone, and mistakes happen. I really like the brand and wish I could have nice things to say about the service but unfortunately I do not.

The service department at Volvo White Plains/Elmsford is pretty bad. I own my second Volvo and have always used Volvo for service, but probably won’t buy another car from Volvo because the service center (nearest one) has been so bad, for too long, with no improvement. Seems like some of the staff are either incompetent and/or just overwhelmed. I don’t imagine I’m the only one in this area that feels this way.
