Terrible experience with Travis and the rest of the employees here. I bought a remote start from here, and the website assured me that it would work with my year and model. I ordered and dropped my car off at the dealer to have them install it. I was given a loaner car and left my car overnight for the installation. I come the next day to pick it up, and they tell me the remote start is not compatible with this model because "it is too new." I pointed out that the website says it is supposed to work with this model, and I was told. "Yes, we are aware of that issue." Why was i able to buy and schedule a time to install if that remote start wouldn't work and there not being a remote start yet available for my car. What makes me more mad is they are refusing a refund of a remote start that is over $200 that i cannot use. This is false advertising. I called them after sending 3 emails because Travis only bothered to answer once and with only one bogus sentence. When I called, I explained the situation to another person, and he took my name and number and said he would call me back after he discussed it with his boss. It has been a few days since, and no one has called me back or emailed me. I feel cheated out of my money, and they are displaying terrible customer service. I understand electrical items are unreturnable, but this isn't a normal situation, and volkswagon is in the wrong for false advertising. I hope this make this right.
