I was not going to leave a review, but I continued to receive emails asking. So here it is. If you like a circus, this is the place to be. As far a purchasing the vehicle, that was a great experience. Love the vehicle that I purchased. I wouldn't trade for another. I have had the vehicle approximately a month. While driving down the road my rear brake actuator malfunctioned, thus causing my rear brakes to locked up. This can be a scary situation if this would have been a time of day of heavy traffic. Luckily, it was late in the evening. I stopped the vehicle and the parking brake light lit up and would not go away. I had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. The vehicle was towed Thursday night. So the vehicle was available for the dealership to view Friday. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person, but when I purchased the vehicle I inspected as well as asked all the neccessary questions prior to purchasing it. One of my immediate inspections of the vehicle was brakes, rotors, tires, dings to the exterior of the vehicle and so fourth. Safe to say the vehicle was in great condition when purchased. After delivering the vehicle to dealership, I received a phone call Friday morning to discuss what occurred with the car. The service associate explained it would be probably be Monday before the car was ready and then explained the dues. An $1300 would need to be invested to fix the problem. This is considered normal wear and tear, therfore not included on the insurance I purchased for the vehicle. This is where is get more interesting. I arrive at the dealership Monday for the service advisor to explain to me the part wasn't available anywhere around, so I would have to wait to Wednesday to receive my vehicle. So a part that is included as normal wear and tear, and they can not find any parts to fix the vehicle in this location. Interesting. Luckily, there was a snow that hit the middle of the week when my car was supposed to have been fixed. So as I contact to receive further information about my car, I was told that the part could not be retrieved due to the snow. So as I continue to play the cat and mouse game, I called the service manager to discuss with him the issue. The manager explains to me that the snow caused a delay in shipments to this location. I can understand and continues to patiently wait. So I was then advised my vehicle would not be completed until approximately Friday. As time progresses through the week, I decided to reach out again to the advisor Thursday to ensure everything was on schedule. I was told that the part had not arrived and they were not sure when it would arrive. Luckily for me, I work in management and I understand how shipping and receiving items go. You have the ability to track any item that is being shipped all the way down to what truck it is on. They continued to explain they had no idea where the item was and was not sure when it would arrive. I tried to contact the advisor after waiting all day Friday. I never had the ability to speak to my advisor, as every time I called she was on the line with another customer and she would call me back. Finally I wake up 7am Saturday morning to a text that says they had been attempting to contact me since Friday afternoon and I did not respond. My car was now ready for pick up. After arriving for my vehicle, I was notified that due to my actuator going out, I now needed to replace my rear brakes and rotors. It is simply amazing how all of a sudden I have a ton of additional maintenance that needs to be done to my vehicle. This tells me most likely they moved my vehicle without backing off the adjust therfore causing this issue. Therefore I was without a vehicle for a week without any clarification of when my vehicle would be completed so that I could retrieve it. I would advise in buying a vehicle here, and then needing to do maintenance on immediately after purchasing it due to normal wear and tear.
