Carolina Truck Shop Customer Reviews

Not the experience I expected. Dropped off my 71 blazer in March of 2021. Paid upwards of $12,000 for parts and labor. Quickly realized after seeing little to no progress on my vehicle each time I visited the shop that I wasn’t going to achieve my desired outcome. Communication with Matt and Missy is difficult. The shop has limited hours and once you pay, they’ll conduct themselves however they want, without explanation. More than once I came to the shop in person and asked about a timeline. Matt and Missy provided excuses as to why work wasn’t being done, and even blamed me, during my last visit to the shop in April 2022, Missy stated “you changed your mind about your motor decision causing a delay”. In actuality I decided in June of 2021 that Id could keep the original 350. That decision had nothing to do with the lack of progress being made on my vehicle in May of 2022. CTS has a very active Facebook where they post progress on vehicles. I’d watch as they’d install digital dash kits and vintage air on vehicles other than mine, even when I ordered months in advance. After 13 months I had a tow truck pick my truck up and cut ties with the shop. I’m active duty military and cant just let it sit at their shop anymore. Much more to say but I’ve wasted enough time on CTS. Photos below were take by Carolina Truck Shop as evidence of their work.

Great people to work with. Very knowledgeable staff that was able to help get the parts I needed for my unconventional build.

Both Matt and Paul are very knowledgeable; and can make your dream truck into reality, with the best parts in the business.
