This place is a complete mess. I had my vehicle with them 2 years ago. Took it in, told them exactly what was wrong with it. They denied that was the issue and that it must be something else. On top of that, they also said I needed new brakes and rotors. $2200 later, got it home. Smelled a strong burning smell. There was absolutely no oil in it. Turns out they messed something up while “fixing it” and tried to charge me to fix their mistake. Ended up getting the new mistake fixed for free. It was still having the same main issues as before. Took it to another shop. Guess what?! They fixed exactly what I said was wrong with it, and it fixed it right up! Robbed me of $2200 and turns out they didn’t even change my brakes and rotors that they charged me for. Had to have them replaced shortly after. Fast forward 2 years to now. Took the same vehicle back to them. Thinking 2 years could’ve made a huge difference in the service department. Well, that’s not the case at all. Took it in for some codes, brought it home and as soon as I get it to the house I notice an even bigger issue than before that didn’t start until they had it. Take it back, they’re trying to charge me $1200 for a problem my usual shop is going to do for $480. I’m convinced that they’re causing bigger issues on purpose when they don’t feel like they’re making enough off of a customer, so that they can rob you blind with all the bigger issues they cause. Do not take it here. Better off youtubing it and doing it yourself, honestly. Safe yourself the headaches and the money.

Guys in the collision center (Rocky and Josh) were great to deal with real down to earth guys that were very helpful with any questions I had. Body shop did a great Job on my vehicle repairs. Very pleased with the all around experience. Would definitely go back if ever needed.

I can’t even give a one star. But I have to in order to post my experience. They told me something was wrong with my vehicle and it was going to cost over $3000. I knew that could not be the problem as the part they were saying was bad was still performing its duty. So $200 spent on a false diagnosis. Went to another dealer they told me what was wrong and not the same thing Victory said and told me $1600. With diagnostic. Hence let them perform repair and guess what. THAT FIXED MY VEHICLE!!!! Enough said about the horrible techs they have.

The dealer installed new Tires on my Jeep. I had to take it back in a second time to balance the tires. After the second failed attempt, I had to take it to a local shop to balance the tires. There is no more Death Wobble and no shaking now. Just glad I don't have to spend over $700 to fix the issue they quoted me at Victory.

My Vehicle is a 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 with 5.7 engine. I picked it up on Monday. They said it was fixed. I had to take it back 5 days later. Same exact problem. $192.00 for guessing. I'm not happy at all.
