Every time I take my vehicles in and the girl handles it, she messes everything up. Carissa is her name I think. Warranty on my tires as they are all brand new yet she charged my son for a tire. She said more tread was on my tires than previously. I didn't know tires can regain tread. Car was not damaged when I took it in but when it was at the dealership suddenly it had very noticeable damage. Enough damage that my son and I would've noticed. Their service department went from excellent to crap real fast.

I love Victory Honda of Monroe! They are always so helpful and are always looking out for what is best for you. I had an incident where I needed my recall for my Honda done but had no one to pick me up or drop me off while working on my car. They stated they don’t do recalls on the weekends and for me as a banker is very hard because I work 40 hours a week 8:30 to 5pm. When I was getting my oil changed I explained my concern for my car and Carissa said she will see what she could do and at least give me a call back with maybe some better options. Within the hour of dropping my car off she said they had one last part for my re call and could actually do it while my car was already there. I can’t explain how grateful I am. What a wonderful experience with amazing staff. 100% recommend Honda!

I signed up for an appointment online the night before and they were ready for me when I arrived. I couldn’t believe I could get in so quickly! Service Advisor, Scott, greeted me, asked me a few questions and promptly got my car in for service. The dealership was extremely clean, and there was a cozy waiting area with snacks, coffee and water made available. They checked out my issue, and the mechanic, John, actually came in and completely explained and showed me what he found. I followed his recommendation and the work was promptly completed. All of the staff, including Emily, in Reception, were very personable, professional, and helpful. I’m glad I took a chance and brought my Honda to Victory! Because of the great experience, I will continue to go to Victory for all of my future maintenance needs. Thank you!
