What started out as a super stressful morning with no heat with my 2 boys turned out to be just fine because of Rich 🙂 he was super kind, professional and ready to help me immediately and did until my heat started working. I am So thankful for him he was the best 🙂🙂🙂

Stopped by with my elderly father and the young associate made a great impression on us. He was super helpful and patient in changing out the batteries on our key fobs. Nice to experience great customer service!

After a repeatedly terrible experiences with the Carleton, Mi store, Monroe, Mi was a whole different experience. Always surprised at how massive the difference is at times from one chain store to a different location of same store 8 miles away

Battery died up the road. Took the walk a quarter mile to the store, explained my situation and Lawrence grab the battery charger and helped me back to my car up the road and gave me a charge in order to complete a check on my vehicle at the store. Great guy great job. Very appreciative!!!! Thanks.

This is not something I don't want to do but I have had a rough week and needed a headlight for my truck and because it was a special one they had to order it..... Ok wild being your an auto parts store but ok.... Said it would be in later tonight and they would call me, 8 hours later I called them then go up there and nothing someone forgot it at there (hub) so I got my money back and everyone was helpful with that, then I walked into O'Reilly Auto parts around the corner and they had it, took 8 seconds not 8 hours.....

At first I didn’t think 🤔 anything about this until today!!! I walked in this store brought some wipers for my car,payed and left noone helped me out or even tried to make sure I had the right wipers. Ended up going back for a second time changing the wipers because I brought the wrong ones. Then realized today my wipers were missing parts….🤔🤔🤔 So I went to other AutoZone in Monroe where I was treated with respect by professionals. Who care about there customers they put my wipers on and verified it was done correctly. Thank you to the team at the AutoZone across from Michigan grill they did an excellent job!!

Went and got parts the gentlemen that helped us gave me the wrong parts for brakes and rotors for a Toyota rav4 he gave me brakes n rotors for my car. Then kept pushing for me to get other things that I already told him no I didn't want. Then he said well I hope I don't have to sell u calipers for not getting what he was trying to sell me. Well buddy maybe you should of worried more about my parts than trying to sell me extra that I don't need.

Best to take your money elsewhere. These people always have a attitude, NEVER have anything in stock, and when they do order parts they don't arrive on time.
