Clean waiting area, bathrooms, coffee, snack machine, TV, comfortable chairs, area for laptops, well lit. Garage areas are clean and well kept. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Work is promptly done. No waiting to get inside. All around a great place... 10/10 would recommend

Zack was my service advisor. I was asked if they were going to be doing a tire rotation but I declined because I was about to have tires put on. I asked if there was a way for him to check my brakes (about to drive across the country) and he said not usually unless the tires were off to do a rotation. He offered to eyeball them through the wheels and I was super grateful to him for offering. Upon paying for my service, he told me he was able to check and saw that they were in really good shape. Without doing the rotation, he still checked for me. He even took the time to show me how to change an engine filter since I do like to do that routine maintenance myself. While he didn’t sell me on that service, he sold me on Van’s Honda. Amazing job. I couldn’t be happier with how quick, efficient and kind he was to me. Above and beyond. You don’t find this kind of service anymore!
