The level of service has declined the last 6 months at the Broadway location. Communication has been extremely poor or nonexistent. To the point I can't get a call back to select tires after calling 3 times for a call so the tires can be available for my appointment. Only to call again to find out the tires will most likely not be available because a service advisor has not called or returned my call. Second time I've had this situation. Very frustrating. Update: The service manager has had excellent communication and was able to help clean up the situation. Appreciate the communication and service.

Treated very well in their service department. Met with a sales rep as I was interested in a different vehicle. That process was also smooth and I was treated like a friend. Very happy at Bergstrom Chevrolet.

Dropped off truck the night before for a 7am service appt. (for an oil change, tire rotation and fuel filter change, transmission recall.) said it would take 2 hours. Called repeated during the day to get an update. Left voice mails, text. No replies. Went in at 2:00 and they had not even STARTED the service. Boooo. Zero stars if I could. Worst service ever. Update: per Bergstrom request to alter my review: When we arrived at 2:00 no service person even knew where our truck was. My husband talked to different associates in order to finally find what was going on. The assoc initially said no work had been done in the truck yet. Our assigned associate Mathew was “out” and not returning calls or texts. So eventually after waiting 20 minutes to locate the whereabouts of the vehicle , apparently the oil was changed and filter but nothing for the transmission recall. The associate said, “If the transmission fail hasn’t happen yet it probably won’t.” Whatever that means. Regardless - unsatisfactory experience.

Just a shout-out! I've literally been coming here for years. We've purchased vehicles here, and this is the only place our vehicles get serviced. You can either wait for your service to get done or you can get a shuttle to take you somewhere. They recently redid their customer service waiting area. It is really nice and spacious. I do, however, miss the quiet room they had. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. I appreciate that they will come and explain to you, if you came in with some vehicle issues, what needs to be done, the time it will take, and the cost. I always feel confident that everything I needed done was completed.
