The guys at Van’s are always respectful, friendly, and accommodating. The customer service is second to none and master mechanic Scott is a wizard. These guys are my go-to for whatever I don’t have the tools or experience to do in my own garage. Highly recommend!

I loved how easy it was to find the perfect tires, get a precise quote, and book an appointment for my vehicle on their website. The team was super nice and efficient today. Gave me a precise estimate of future work that needs to be done on my car with pictures. Got my car done quicker than the anticipated estimate! Great job!

Beautiful work and beautiful people. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!! Honest, trusting and hard working mechanics and pay attention to every detail and don’t try to rip you off beautiful feeling to know I can take my car in somewhere. Knowing I’ll come out fully satisfied. They also supply rental cars if needed, which I find amazing! You’ll never find anything like vans tire pros Picture is before and after and that’s after I already paid someone else to do in alignment don’t take your car anywhere else!

I recently purchased a used vehicle for my son and I wanted to get it inspected for general condition and safety. The team at Vans was able to get me in after a few days and quickly looked over the vehicle. They were able to give me a report, complete with photos of items that were in good condition and items that may need attention coming up. They went over each item and there was no pressure or tactics to try and force me to get items fixed right away. Great experience and stress free.

I was referred to Van’s by a family member. I was in a pinch and needed tires last minute. From the first call, Tony answered as soon as they opened. He connected me with Aaron who reviewed my tire choices with me and provided me with a complete review that was easy to digest. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day and even had it completed prior to my scheduled appointment. Jeff was so helpful through the checkout process and answered all of my last minute questions. He made sure I had the warranty information and made the process a breeze. I will absolutely be back and recommend others as my entire experience was top notch.

We have been taking our vehicles to Van’s for several years and they always do excellent work. The thing I appreciate most is their honesty and when assessing an issue with our cars and suggest the most practical and economic solutions. A lot of places feel like they are taking advantage of you with the costs they ring up on a repair, but I have never felt that way when dealing with Van’s.

Don’t let the name fool you. Just because they’re a “Tire” Pros dealer, in no way means they only specialize in tires. If you aren’t going to read the following novel, here are the cliff notes: these guys are the best, go to Van’s for any automotive needs. Here’s my tale: My car died on me in the parking lot of a business, a very unfortunate spot that was a nuisance to that business’ flow of traffic. I’d never seen my car do the things it was doing, I swore it would need an exorcism. The car wouldn’t budge, all the dash lights were on, my interior and exterior lights were flickering. It got to the point where I couldn’t even lock or unlock my doors. Unsure if this was a computer issue or a transmission issues, I figured it was going to take a dealership to sort this one out. The next morning I called the Ford dealer only minutes after service opened. Unable to speak with someone I had to leave a message for a call back. Knowing I needed to move my car ASAP, I called my trusty go-to, Van’s Tire Pros. I shared my problem and hesitation that this might not be in their (no pun intended) wheel house. Mark was very confident that they could fix it and conveyed that in a genuine way that put my worries at ease. The last thing I wanted to do was use my insurance provided towing to drag the car to Van’s only to end up having to re-tow it to the Ford dealer. That’s when Mark said that I have free towing from Van’s since I’ve recently had my car serviced there. On top of that, I was worried that my car would need extensive surgery to be road worthy again, and these folks have free loaners!!! SOLD! My car was fixed in a matter of hours. Here’s the kicker, it’s been over 24 hours and I’ve still not been contacted back from the Ford dealer down the street. Don’t underestimate these guys; I’m continuously impressed with the entire Van’s organization. A special shout out to the crew at the Medina shop, especially Mark on the service counter and the awesome tech who fixed my car.

Vans Tire Pro (Medina) did a wonderful job on fixing my flat tire. They were professional, courteous and quick on the diagnosis. They provided a courtesy car for my use until my new tire was delivered and replaced. I would highly recommend this team!

We have taken our vehicles to vans since the took over this location. The service has always been prompt and good. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous. I feel they are fair with pricing. I will continue to use Vans in the future.
