I enjoy using Van Horn Chevy as that’s where I purchased my vehicle and I have the oil for life. Today I had an oil change and tire rotation. I was charged $2 for “shop supplies” with no explanation on what shop supplies were needed. The oil change was complementary and I paid for the tire rotation. This just seems like a way to squeeze a couple extra dollars out of people. I understand it’s only $2 but if happens to say 40 people that’s $80 a day and $400 a week.

This place really stinks. Will not take a down payment on a vehicle. Been working with them for over a month. Made appointment to meet up, then suddenly cancelled on me, sold to someone else. Told them id buy the vehicle, still obviously didn't care. Save your time, avoid this dealership at all costs.............
