Great experience with Tony the manager. He does an exceptional job. I think Advance Auto should do more for their employees. I’m a frequent visitor and Tony seems to always be on the clock. They must have him working 50+ hours a week. Only time he’s off his game is when an older blond lady is in the building. I assume this is Tony’s boss. She had an attitude and did not seem to help the employees. It felt like her demenor brought down the whole store. It does not appear that she is in the right industry or does not have the skill set to be a leader. I hope Advance can fix her issue before it cost this location a few good employee's again. They’re seems to be extremely high turnover. Im assuming this is due to the poor upper management because the employees here all seem to have a great relationship and are always having fun while working.

Some of the staff is kind of creepy at this location. My teenage daughter dropped off a package and some creepy guy behind the counter. Told her she’s “looking good girl”. Mind you, she was a minor. So now neither my daughter nor my wife feel comfortable going there for anything let alone dropping off a package. I think some training on sexual harassment and personal hygiene would go along way for some of the staff at this location. I am grateful to have staff, but there have been numerous times where one of the employees has had an overwhelming, offensive stench.

I am not a mechanic by any means but I am independent when it comes to car maintenance. These guys have always had my back! I bring them some mangled piece of plastic and they knew what it was! Cost me less than $15 to fix the problem. Thanks Advance Auto Parts of Plymouth, WI
